Acceptable Use Policy
Rules designed to protect users, third parties and the integrity of our AI-powered services.
Effective: 8 August 2026
1. Application
This policy applies to all websites, applications, APIs, models and digital services operated by Nomad Node Limited. You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, instructions, integrations, generated content and downstream use.
2. Illegal activity and fraud
Do not use a Service to violate law, facilitate crime, launder money, commit fraud, evade sanctions, obtain property or access by deception, or provide instructions intended to enable illegal activity.
3. Abuse, malware and security
Do not create, distribute or assist malware, credential theft, phishing, destructive code, unauthorised surveillance or intrusion. Do not probe or circumvent authentication, safety systems, rate limits, credit controls, content controls or technical restrictions.
4. Child sexual abuse and exploitation
Child sexual abuse material, sexualisation or exploitation of minors, grooming and any content that facilitates harm to children are strictly prohibited. Apparent violations may be preserved and reported to relevant authorities as required by law.
5. Non-consensual intimate content
Do not create, alter, request, distribute or threaten to distribute intimate or sexual content depicting an identifiable person without that person’s informed consent, including synthetic or manipulated depictions.
6. Impersonation and deception
Do not impersonate another person or organisation, misrepresent AI output as an authentic record, create deceptive identity or payment materials, or use synthetic media to mislead, defraud or cause harm. Face swaps, deceptive deepfakes, voice impersonation and generation using an identifiable person's likeness without their explicit permission are prohibited.
7. Harassment and harm
Do not use the Services to threaten, stalk, harass, extort, shame or target people, or to promote violence, self-harm, hateful abuse or discrimination against protected groups.
8. Intellectual property and privacy
Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, confidentiality or other rights. Do not process personal data without an appropriate lawful basis, authority and notice.
9. High-impact and professional decisions
Do not rely on unreviewed AI output to make decisions that determine another person’s eligibility for employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, legal services, medical care or other high- impact opportunities. Qualified human review and applicable legal safeguards are required.
10. Platform integrity
Do not resell access unless expressly authorised, share credentials, automate abusive traffic, manipulate usage measurement, evade fees, scrape restricted data, or interfere with the operation or availability of a Service.
11. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and restrict content, generations, API keys or accounts. Serious or repeated violations may lead to suspension or termination. Where appropriate, we may preserve records, notify affected parties or report conduct as required by law.
12. Reporting concerns
Report suspected abuse to support@nomad-node.com with enough information to identify the relevant account, content or request. Do not send illegal content by email; provide a safe link or request identifier where possible.
