Credits provide access to eligible AI-powered generation and processing features. They are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency or transferable property.
How many credits are included?
The exact credit quantity and eligible product features are displayed in the applicable product before checkout. This page does not present an allocation until it is configured and confirmed.
Do credits expire?
Any expiry term that applies is displayed before purchase and in the applicable product. No unconfirmed expiry term is represented on this page.
How do subscription cancellations work?
Cancellation stops future renewal. Access ordinarily continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless the product or applicable law requires otherwise.
Are consumed credits refundable?
Credits used for completed AI computation are generally non-refundable because the computational service has already been delivered, subject to applicable law and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How are products delivered?
All products and credit-based features are delivered digitally through the applicable web application, mobile application or API.
