This policy applies to our website, Nomad Node Studio web application, customer support and related digital services.
2. Information we collect
- Account and profile information, such as name, email, account identifier and authentication data.

3. Payment information
Production checkout is not currently enabled. If you later purchase through Paddle Checkout, Paddle.com acts as Merchant of Record and processes payment and tax information under its own privacy notice. We may receive transaction status, billing contact details, payment method type and limited identifiers needed to fulfil and support the order. Nomad Node Limited does not collect or store raw payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own systems.
4. How we use information
- Provide accounts, products, AI generation, APIs, credit balances and requested output.
- Process purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds and billing support.
- Authenticate users, protect Services, prevent fraud, investigate abuse and enforce usage limits.
- Maintain, troubleshoot and improve reliability, functionality and user experience.
- Respond to support requests and communicate service or policy changes.
- Meet legal, accounting, tax, security and compliance obligations.
5. AI processing and content
Inputs may be transmitted to cloud infrastructure and AI service providers to produce requested output. The providers and processing route may vary by feature or selected model. We apply contractual, technical and organisational measures appropriate to the service. Do not upload sensitive personal data or confidential information unless the applicable product expressly supports that use and you have authority to do so.
6. Service providers and disclosures
We may share necessary information with hosting, cloud, AI inference, analytics, communications, customer-support, security, payment and professional service providers acting for us. Our material service providers currently include Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage and content delivery), Cloudflare (DNS and email routing), Paddle.com Market Ltd (payment processing, as Merchant of Record) and vetted AI inference providers that process uploaded images solely to produce your requested output under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. A current list of sub-processors is available on request via contact@nomad-node.com. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
7. Cookies
Our websites and applications may use strictly necessary cookies for authentication, security and core operation. Where used, preference or measurement technologies will be described in the applicable interface and managed as required by law. You can also control many cookies through your browser or device settings, although disabling essential cookies may prevent a Service from working.
8. International processing
We serve users internationally. Information may be processed in Hong Kong and in other locations where our service providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing as required by applicable law and remain responsible for providers processing data on our behalf.
9. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including delivery of the Service, security, dispute resolution and legal or financial record-keeping. Retention periods vary by data type, product settings, account status and legal requirements. Content may be deleted or de-identified when it is no longer required.
10. Security
We take practicable technical and organisational measures designed to protect data against unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss or use. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and users are also responsible for protecting credentials and devices.
11. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold your personal data and request access to or correction of that data. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply, including deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally required. Send requests to support@nomad-node.com.
12. Children
The Services are not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to digital services in their location. We do not knowingly collect a child’s personal data without appropriate authorisation. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data in breach of this policy.
13. Contact and updates
Privacy questions and data requests may be sent to contact@nomad-node.com or the company address above. We may update this policy when our products, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version.
